Thirteen darts teams met on May 20th and 21st in Houston to determine the Texas State Team Champion. Hosted by the Houston Darts Association, the event was held at the plush Adam's Mark Hotel. Last years Champs, Team Dallas was prepared to defend their title, however the dart god did not smile upon them again.

Two brackets were set up for the round robin format on 20 boards on Saturday and then the top two teams from each bracket played off on Sunday.

Brothers Grim of Arlington won 1st and the Coastal Bend Darts Association came in second in the first flight with Los Locos de San Antonio winning 1st and the Galveston Buccaneers comming in second in the second flight.
