Pacific Darts Association (PDA)
The Pacific Darts Association is a non-profit steel-tip darting organization which promotes darts play throughout the Los Angeles and Orange County region of Southern California. The Pacific Darts Assn. is affiliated with the American Darts Organization (ADO).
Mission Statement: " The P.D.A. is a non-profit corporation to foster dart competition for pleasure, recreation and prizes."
The darts games format for league play on Tuesday night is:
Four Singles dart games, each is best of 3 legs: 1st le g is 501, 2nd leg is Cricket, and 3rd leg (if needed) is 301.
Best of 3 counts for 1 point.Three rounds of Doubles: 1st round - 501, 2nd round - Cricket, 3rd round - 301
A Division each round is best of 3 legs
B Division plays only one leg.As of July 2013, the P.D.A.schedules posted online listed 12 teams playing darts on two nights (Tuesday & Thursday), at five area dart bars:
