In order to answer media queries and better solicit sponsorships, it is periodically necessary to survey our members for updated information. The last such comprehensive survey was done in 1996, so we encourage all ADO members to fill out this update.You do not need to include your name, address, phone or e-mail unless you choose to do so. However, we do need your city (or nearest large city) and state. It is also important that we know what your average household income is, as that is a key component for potential sponsorships.
Clubs are encouraged to publish this survey in their own newsletters; we will also put it online at CyberDarts and have copies at various tournaments. We must get a minimum 10% response from our members for the data to be representative. The more completely you fill out the forms, the more useful this survey will be in promoting the sport of darts.
