This is just a trade rumor at the moment... but usually "reliable" sources hint at a gyroscopically balanced dart of ultra-dense depleted uranium, complete with incredibly accurate electronic guidance system (bought cheap from the Russian Missile Command). The supplemental laser targeting system is concealed in a large darts pin, that can be conveniently stuck in a darts hat. A secret catalytic reaction allows the manuvering thrusters to utilize draft beer as reaction mass. Power for the electronics is beamed by microwave from a waist pack full of "Bunny" batteries, which is expected to help the darter maintain a solid stance, as it weighs about 85 pounds.
